Can I get a job editing or something along that line, with an associates degree in english?

I am not interested in teaching or anything like that. I do plan on going for a bachelors degree but until then could I work somewhere in the editing field? Have you thought of applying at your local newspaper as an intern or as an associate editor. This might help you get a better placement when you finish your education. Good luck
